St. Stephen’s Community House: Senior Services

The Senior Services program at St. Stephen’s Community House offers a variety of social activities, resources, and case management for those that are 60+ living in our community. We offer three programs within Senior Services, and collaboration/partnership with Life Care Alliance, Franklin County Office of Aging and Columbus Federation of Settlements.

Supportive Services

Our supportive services program connects our seniors 60 years of age and better to resources that help them remain independent, healthy, and aging in place for as long as possible. This program offers a case manager to assist clients in completing applications, connect clients to resources including food, housing, furniture, utility assistance, home repair, financial services, or any other assistance they may need. Small Group Transportation

Our small group transportation provides safe, free transportation for clients 60 and better. This transportation allows clients the opportunity to attend social activities , grocery store trips, access food pantries and other needed trips with no stress. Interested? Lunch Program

60+ looking for an opportunity to eat and socialize with others in the community? In partnership with Life Care Alliance, seniors  may come Monday through Friday from 10:00am-1:00pm to enjoy socialization and hot/cold lunch year round for a donation or for free. St. Stephens can provide free round trip transportation to Seniors living in the Greater Linden area.Interested in learning more or joining? Fill out the form below!
